Someplace in Thyme

I have been creating since I was a little girl. I am happy to say that having my own website has opened up a whole new world for me. Trying new mediums is a joy and sometimes a real eye opener. I sell what I create on etsy and my website, someplaceinthyme. If you have questions, please email me at cpeterson72@q.com. I welcome new blog friends and am honored if you find my little piece of heaven interesting enough to follow.

Spring Is Here And So Is Pink Saturday

Spring has hit the desert and the temps this week have been in the 80's! The plants are beginning to bloom and there are lots of buds sprouting on just about everything. I was excited to see the blossoms on one of my two nectarine trees this week. Come on over little bees and do your jobs, mama wants lots of fruit this year.
Aren't the flowers just so delicate and pretty? Too bad they have no scent.
If I were lucky enough to have each flower pollinated, I would be in nectarine heaven.
Yep, I have some pink roses to show you also. These are in a pot, but they are gorgeous none the less. Smell so good too.
Aren't they just so pretty? I really didn't realize how much I have missed the plants in my yard this year. I am getting excited to see so much more. Come on spring!!! I am hanging up the welcome sign.
Thank you Ms. Beverly for this weeks Pink Saturday. I look forward to seeing what everyone has been up too. You can also see what the pinkies have been doing by going over to Beverly's blog How Sweet The Sound and checking out the participants this week. We always welcome comments.

Hello Char, Your pink flowers are truly gorgeous. We are barely started here in the mountains. Spring is making a bit of a show with forsythia and daffodils. Yellow doesn't work on Pink Sat. HA! Beautiful photos.

Happy Pink Saturday Char, I bought nectarines today and I never buy them and here I am at your blog with your pretty nectarine trees. Somehow I expected them to have white blooms like oranges. I have a mock orange bush that has the sweetest smelling flowers you ever smelled. It blooms later on in the Spring. Hope you are having a great day. xo
