Pink Saturday

I would like to wish all my blogging pinkies a very Happy Pink Saturday and a huge thankyou to Beverly from how sweet the sound for making all this happiness possible every week. My link for this week is Gwen from A Charming Home. Please be sure to stop by and pay her a visit.
Our family was in San Diego last Wed and we spent the day at Sea World. I am paying tribute to the wonderful things we saw there. Of course it's pink saturday and so we have to see some wonderful pink flamingos.
You would never know that it's October, look at all the tropical bird of paradise.

Blooms were everywhere, just beautiful and fall is no where to be seen.

You can not visit Sea World without seeing everyone's favorite whale, Shamu........

A had a tear in my eyes from all the spendor of seeing such a magnificent animal.

Then there were the Buluga whales, all white with pink inside their mouths. They look like sweet mammals.

I would like to remind everyone to head over to Shabbylaneshops and sign up for the October give a way. You don't need to purchase anything, just sign up. I am one of the vendors that have donated to the gift box. Last months box had a value of up to $200.00. You don't want to miss a chance at some beautiful items from some very talented artists. Have a great weekend everyone and see you soon.

Sometimes it seems as if flamingos are not real, they are so magnificent. The water show does look like it would be very moving, I saw part of it on TV and was moved, and that wasn't in person! Happy Pink Saturday and thanks for the heads up on the giveaway, I'll go see what you have in store!

Hi Char, I adore Beluga whales!!! Thanks for the photos....and I totally agree with you about the awesomeness of God's creatures. Does bring a tear to one's eye.

San Diego is such a paradise..I love it so.

We had a neighbor who was born on American Samoa and later moved to Hawaii who could blow a conch shell and it sounded like a horn. It was wonderful!

I do love conch shells - just about any seashell :) This particular one came to me from my sis who bought it when she and her hubby were in the Bahamas. The inside color looks like a sunset, eh?

Happy week to you~
