These are the second in my keepsake boxes. Because they are pink, I thought they would be perfect for this weekend.
This one is heart shaped and I decorated the top with lots of blooms, handmade roses and some pearls too.
I love this little round box and all the florals on the top. I had these on my website yesterday for sale, but as of this morning, they are SOLD. Yippee.....
I know that I am not the only one that has trouble with their pictures going to the side like the tags above. I have searched all over and don't seem to be able to find a solution, but you get the jest of the tags and the pink. Sweet as can be.
Happy Pink Saturday to all and I hope you have a wonderful weekend full of love, safety and how about some sunshine??!! I know many of you would love that :)
Thank you so much Ms. Beverly for all you do for us each and every week. I don't think you ever get a day off!! You can find all the participants and Ms. Beverly's blog at How Sweet The Sound. Someplace in Thyme
I have been creating since I was a little girl. I am happy to say that having my own website has opened up a whole new world for me. Trying new mediums is a joy and sometimes a real eye opener. I sell what I create on etsy and my website, someplaceinthyme. If you have questions, please email me at cpeterson72@q.com. I welcome new blog friends and am honored if you find my little piece of heaven interesting enough to follow.

A TRIP TO THE ANTIQUE MALL
I have a great idea for these vintage jello molds, but you will have til fall to see them. I promise they will be yummy.
The sweet berry bowl below will probably go onto my website Someplace In Thyme. I have not decided if a faux treat will be included, sorry, you have to wait for that also. HA!
A vintage cup with a double handle and saucer are going to receive a beautiful makeover. I will post the changes when they are complete. I love vintage linens and like to use them in my sachets and pillows. These are almost too pretty to cut. The spoons....oh, the spoons, I have something very special waiting for those. One has a very pretty bowl and handle, I will be careful not to cover that up. More unveiling in time.....I think I am most excited about the bunny. When I went by the shop that had her for sale, she was calling out to me to take her home. Have you ever had that happen to you? I could not resist her. I don't know if I will keep her for my grand daughter at Easter, or dress her up and list her......sorry, but you will have to wait on that one as well. I hope you have enjoyed seeing the results of my outing. I had so much fun finding these treasures, but I think the real fun will be in giving them new life.

Pink Saturday From The Zoo
O.k, I know there is no pink here, but please bare with me. I wasn't very motivated this week in my studio, so there is nothing to show you from there. I know, I know, you are probably clapping your hands and yelling yippee......something different is coming our way. You are right, I was babysitting today, actually we had a sleepover last night with our two year old grand daughter and today I took her and also my mom, daughter and twin grandsons to the zoo.
It was a gorgeous day, sunny and warm, perfect for an outing. That is what I am sharing with you this weekend.
A goofy face, but dressed in pink, yes siree. Happy to be driving a tracktor that is waaaay too big for her!!HA
I don't think the boys could possibly understand why they were not moving. Too funny, but lots and lots of fun.
Jenna and Aunt Kirstin on a camel......doesn't everyone ride a camel?
Short sleeves, like I said, it's nice out today. Not shoveling snow here.
At lunch with the ducks and geese.....what a sweetie pie!!!
We also have peacocks, but they must be molting because they have no tail feathers. Pretty anyway.
This guy is trying to make a mad dash for it.....keep dreaming fellow.
Happy Pink Saturday to all my pinkie friends. I look forward to seeing what you have been up too. Thank You Ms. Beverly from How Sweet The Sound for making this possible for so many of us. We love you!! You can find the links and the participants to this weeks fun by visiting Beverly's blog.

IT'S TIME FOR PINK SATURDAY
I have been busy this week creating for my website. I feel as though I am all over the place, and so I will share my pinks in my work. My garden is sleeping and needs to be attended too, so we are not going outside at all this week.....sorry....
I love pink and black together and love this fabric. I created a pillow using some white dots on black for a border. The ruffle has daisies and roses.....a great combo.
This is the first in my keepsake box collection. Decorated inside with pretty fabrics, pearls and a large paper rose. The outside is painted a pink and the top is bordered in paper roses, vintage lace in the center with a large pink paper rose and pearls. I just had to add the key to my heart with a satin bow.
Back to doing some weaving....I warned you, didn't I??!! I am all over the place. :) A pretty egg basket hand woven by moi. There is a gods eye on both sides, some yarn around the gods eye and a lovely reddish color dye along with natural reed. The bottom basket has curls and makes a great door basket or basket to hang on the wall. I use one to collect the outgoing and incoming mail. All of this is available on my website Someplace in Thyme.
I want to thank Beverly from How Sweet The Sound for making another Pink Saturday possible. THANK YOU so much Ms. Beverly!!!
