Someplace in Thyme

I have been creating since I was a little girl. I am happy to say that having my own website has opened up a whole new world for me. Trying new mediums is a joy and sometimes a real eye opener. I sell what I create on etsy and my website, someplaceinthyme. If you have questions, please email me at cpeterson72@q.com. I welcome new blog friends and am honored if you find my little piece of heaven interesting enough to follow.

Sorry I'm late for Pink Saturday... Labor Day weekend got in the way so now I got to see your PS post which was beautiful (would love to win the pin cushion). Plus I got to see all the rain you had WOW(we could use that much here although we did get some but, not enough) And then todays post is Pink again & the stocking is lovely. Have a great week.

Oh Char!
Thanks for stopping by. I so love that stocking, and the hearts are just positively beautiful. Just gorgeous. You are so talented. You asked about the trees. Those are from Oklahoma. Every Fall I get pics from home. It makes me feel more connected somehow to my family. I miss the seasons most of all. I have a bottle brush tree, an ash tree, a pecan tree and jacaranda tree out here in Phoenix. No beautiful sweetgum trees, maple, walnut, cypress or oak. My family has all the beautiful trees. I share the pics. I will be leaving the end of this month on the 30th, and come back on the 17th, then I travel to Utah for work for a week, and then back to work the last week. I should be able to get some beautiful pics in Utah. I am hoping colors will be changing and it will be a nice trip for work. May be November before I can get together, but it would be so much fun. I had a wonderful time the first time I met with everyone. Country hugs sweetie, Sherry

I can't tell you how much I admire your sewing skill. That is one thing that I truly wish I had learned to do when I was young. Maybe it's time I learned...
