PINK SATURDAY

HELLO ALL MY PINKIE BLOGGER FRIENDS. THIS POST THIS WEEK WILL FEATURE BLOOMS FROM MY GARDEN. I HAVE MISSED THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS DO TO AN INJURY I HAD 5 WEEKS AGO. IF YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THIS, AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I HECK I AM TALKING ABOUT, READ THE PREVIOUS POSTS STARTING WITH MY SHOWING YOU MY SURGERY AND STAPLES. I AM TYPING WITH ONE HAND ONLY AND THAT ALSO MAKES TAKING PICTURES DIFFICULT, PLEASE FORGIVE ME IF YOU FIND MISTAKES.
THE ABOVE PICTURE IS OF A CACTUS IN BLOOM.....GORGEOUS.
DON'T YOU JUST LOVE TWO TONED COLORED ROSES. THIS ALSO SMELLS SO GOOD.

A LITTLE ROSE TREE THAT HAS MORE BLOOMS THAN I COULD COUNT.

JUST LOOK AT THIS.....SO PRETTY.

I HAVE TO ADMIT, I THINK THIS ROSE IS MY FAVORITE. THE BUDS START OUT YELLOW, THEN TURN PINK AND VERY PALE PINK.

THIS IS THE BEGINNING......THEN......

YOU ARE REWARDED WITH THIS............AMAZING

NOW, ISN'T THIS JUST HEAVEN IN A GARDEN.......I AM SO HAPPY.
THANK YOU BEVERLY FROM HOW SWEET THE SOUND FOR MAKING ALL THIS POSSIBLE EACH AND EVERY WEEK. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO PINK SATURDAY. CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING FEATURED ALSO.

Hope your arm and shoulder will be better soon! I know how "strapped" you can be because I have taken care of patients with this same type of immobilizer and wow, it makes life hard!

  27. You grow beautiful roses. I also live in the desert, but in the Imperial Valley of very Southern CA close to the Mexican border and 85 miles west of Yuma. We cannot grow nearly as beautiful roses as you do. I love the rose that has the pinks and pale yellow. Good luck on your recovery. It is so difficult to deal with things that limit our physical activities I know. You are doing a fantastic job......Hugs to you....Pauline

  30. Char! I just came over to say thank you for entering my giveaway and I find out that you were injured!! I scrolled all the way down and saw your surgery from your fall. I'm so glad you're doing much better now, but I can't imagine the pain you must have been in. My son dislocated his shoulder doing jumps on his bike several years ago. It was awful, but he didn't have surgery(now he wishes he did). I'm so glad you had church angels around you to help. Hope you continue to recover and improve quickly.

    PS: Love all the roses!
