  7. I'm crazy for hibiscus. Even though they are not hardy in my zone, I grow them anyway because I love the big papery blooms.

Your plant is especially nice, with it's twisted trunk.

    Best Wishes,
    Kay

Hoping this weekend is filled with the j♥y of being surrounded by those you love and those who love you.

How cool is it the the trunk of your hibiscus is braded :-) Must be a lot of care when molding it at a young age. And it looks so adorable too cause it's short :-) Looks like a topiary :-)

  33. First......that was a fabulous giveaway. I'm sad that I missed it.

I love your hibiscus tree. I don't think those would do well here in the NW, but I'd sure love one.

And finally, thanks for the compliment on my little Ruby. She loves thinking she's the cutest thing ever. She's a hilarious dog and we enjoy her every minute.

  39. I miss hibiscus flowers. They don’t grow in Guernsey except in a glasshouse or the conservatory. I haven’t had much luck with plants in the conservatory so I haven’t bothered to grow them here. The plaited stem looks very effective. Happy Pink Saturday.
