A little Bit About Me

My photo

Someplace in Thyme

I have been creating since I was a little girl. I am happy to say that having my own website has opened up a whole new world for me. Trying new mediums is a joy and sometimes a real eye opener. I sell what I create on etsy and my website, someplaceinthyme. If you have questions, please email me at cpeterson72@q.com. I welcome new blog friends and am honored if you find my little piece of heaven interesting enough to follow.

It's time for the Etsy  Cottage Style party and this months theme is Pink. So come on, lets show it off!!!

How about a sweet vanity bottle? Lots of pinks here.

A pretty pink shamrock plant. Love the color of the leaves and then the blooms, just yummy goodness there!

A bit of vintage teacup and saucer turned pincushion. I see pink goodness here.

Aaah roses!! Does it get better than that? Well, maybe, but I don't see how. : )

And yes, the faux treats. It doesn't get any better than no fat, no calories and no sugar. But then, there's no taste either. HA!
I hope you have enjoyed a peek at my pink offerings. Please check out the other pinkies at
www.etsycottagestyle.blogspot.com
Come on over and lets have some fun. Thank you Melody for putting this together.

Pink Saturday And Happy Easter To You All

I am hosting Easter breakfast this year and you are invited. Please pull up a chair and make yourself comfortable.
I am picking oranges off my tree this year and we will have fresh squeezed orange juice. Or maybe you would prefer pink grapefruit juice. I can do that too!

While I was in Pier One, I found this beautiful, yellow feather tree. It was perfect for all of my Easter keepsakes. I am a person of few words this week, but hope you enjoy my table display. Have fun.

I hope you have enjoyed your time with me this week. I wish all of my pinkie friends a very Happy Pink Saturday!
Thank you so much Beverly for working so hard each week. If you would like to join Pink Saturday or visit the participants, please visit Beverly's blog, How Sweet The Sound.
If you are curious as to what I have been up to this week for my website, Someplace In Thyme, just visit my business blog Someplace In Thyme2.
And now I leave you with a wish for a Very Happy Easter and a sweet handmade carrot....just couldn't resist this.

Lets Take A Walk

This morning bright and early, before the sun was warm I decided to take a stroll through my backyard garden. I was amazed at what was blooming. Please come along with me and lets stroll together.
This is one of my favorite tree roses. It's yellow blooms are large and fragrant.

I wish you could smell the sweet scent of this beautiful rose.

In amongst my roses, you will find precious angels, like this kneeling angel.

Jacobs Ladder climbing rose.

So many lovely roses can be very humbling. There beauty is unmatched in my garden right now. I have to make sure to enjoy each and everyone before the heat of the summer arrives. Not a hard thing to do.

Honey perfume, sweet as honey and smells like heaven.

The grass was watered and I was able to catch the drops. I love that effect.

I hope you have enjoyed our walk together. Please come back soon, we will do it again shortly.
